Their point was his lack of understanding of the competence issue. They seemed to completely miss the truthfulness of his comment about the number of people enrolled. Both his truthfulness and competence are in doubt. And for missing his 300-400% error (or higher as you note), the Oregonian's competence is again at issue.<br /><br />T.
