great photos. I got to see most of it as the moon was out over the Atlantic.
Wasn't it nice to see it at a reasonable hour?
The last lunar eclipse was at 1 or 2 am here. I had a camera with only a 3x zoom, and the photos didn't turn out. That's one of the many reasons I bought the Canon S5. Its 12x zoom, along with about 6 months of off and on practicing at night on moon photos, helped me with these.
