The chart included in the Brookings Institution team findings shows that the 2nd and 3rd deciles (lower middle class or working class) will lose the most in income redistribution from Obamacare (Affordable Care Act).

Looks like the bottom and 2nd see a gain, while the biggest hits are third through seventh. That, of course, would be me....
Yep. Interesting that the people sacrificing most to lift the poorest quintile in health care is the next poorest quintile. Followed by, the middle quintile. Doing the least: the top quintile. So much for income distribution evening things out.

Heh. Max, unfortunately the government is much better at the first than the second.
