Yep, I mailed in mt petition a while back; also the petition to stop the legislature from inserting fake "emergency" clauses into every darned bill they pass - which denies us the right to overrule them by initiative.
Good point on the emergency clauses petition. I think I remember reading one of your posts on it. Funny how they stand for more voter participation but also try to block it at every turn.
