"Palin has a 63 percent favorability rating in new AP poll http://bit.ly/lHdncv So much for the fake media meme that voters hate her"From the Associated Press story (5th paragraph from the end!):
"Republicans still give Romney the highest favorability rating among announced candidates, at 61 percent. Palin, who's keeping everyone guessing about her intentions, is holding steady, too, with a 63 percent favorability rating."Fancy that. Republicans like Sarah Palin best and they have for awhile since her "favorability rating" "is holding steady". Digging the stats out of the text (AP doesn't make it easy), here are the Republican favorability ratings:
[emphasis added]
63% - Palin
61% - Romney
54% - Bachmann
43% - Gingrich
43% - Pawlenty
23% - Huntsman

How did you get the audio of crickets to play in the background?

How can you call yourself a conservative Christian. Everyone knows Christ was the first Socialist. He kicked the capitalists out of the Temple and said that it would be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
I wish you guys would read the New Testament; but I guess that would be too painful.
Malcolm,
I'm not sure you understand the New Testament. You and I, just being from the top countries in the Western World, are The Rich in this world. We're in the top 10%. So all of us are going to have a tough time on that scale.
Jesus didn't just urge the rich young ruler to give some of his riches, but *all* his riches to the poor, and Jesus commended the widow for giving her *all* to the temple offering.
Monks, nuns, priests, missionaries and pastors of small churches have done something similar. They live on extremely limited means so they can give to others. Many are celibate so that they can better focus on serving the needy.
I hope you've read the studies that show that liberals personally give less to the needy than conservatives.
