Donald Trump Doesn't Know What the Supreme Court Ruled on Obamacare

Remember when Trump accused Ted Cruz for being responsible for Obamacare because Cruz supported the nomination of Chief Justice John Roberts?

Recently we learned that Donald Trump likes the mandate part of Obamacare.

Trump obviously doesn't know that Roberts' vote saved the individual mandate.
CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS concluded in Part III–B that the individual mandate must be construed as imposing a tax on those who do not have health insurance, if such a construction is reasonable.
Hopefully in the next debate one of the moderators or one of the candidates will question Trump on his ignorance about Obamacare, the individual mandate and Chief Justice Roberts.

Unfortunately, they won't. Call it Megyn Kelley spillover. Nobody wants to deal with more of that.

I notice something less than appreciation for Trump here. You make good cases, and I tend to agree that Trump would not make the Best President Ever list. He seems more like a steamroller than anything else.

But still, would Hillary or Sanders be any better?

Probably right, Max. He called political reporters liars to Anderson Cooper's face and Cooper said nada.

ZZ, no Hillary or Sanders would be worse. But, at this point our choice is not Trump or a Dem. There are four other Republican choices. How much better Trump would be than the Dems is up for debate. Trump seems to have no real principles or idea of limitations on the power he wants to wield. Whatever he wakes up with in his mind is what he pursues. I think Ron Paul's statement is pretty accurate. Sanders wants to grow the government. Trump wants to be the government. (http://www.cnbc.com/2016/02/24/ron-paul-i-wouldnt-support-trump-as-gop-nominee.html)

Take for instance his claim to promote American jobs. He calls for a boycott of Apple (American) and says he will be using Samsung (Korean). Leaving aside the issue of whether there is a reason to boycott Apple and that it's the kind of thing a President or would-be President should be doing, he can't even find an American company to promote instead of Apple. He could have focused on computers and said he will only use Dell computers. But, no he chooses a Korean manufacturer. He has nothing he stands for. Not even American jobs.

So, at this point I'm fighting to keep our choice from being Trump or the Dems. A lose-lose proposition in my view.
