Ya, I'm not real happy with this Clarke guy either.
He seems to be a lot of talk and not many deep values. I still can't believe that he didn't turn his department upside down trying to get to why someone died of thirst in their custody. There was obviously a problem. It's very unusual for someone to die of thirst in police custody. He didn't seem too concerned to fix it.
